♥Bora Bora by sunset♥

It has been quite some time that i have not been updating my blog due to my heavy work flow.. however, i really felt guilty to Criz and Jagyc cause i still owe them this Bora Bora by The Sunset blog post since end of Sept. Oh gosh... 2 months passed and i am still owing them! How dare i!?

Now, just forget about what i said just now, let me simply introduce Bora Bora by the sunset to all of you =) Bora Bora by the sunset-- previously known as Sunset Bistro, located at Batu Ferringghi, Penang. Well, for new comers who have not been to Bora Bora, it might take time for you to search for it cause it is quite hidden. But, actually it is just beside The Ship restaurant and facing the sea. For those who wish to escape from hectic life, here is the best place for you to enjoy=) it got nice view, nice food and nice people.  As for me, i like enjoying nice food on golden soft sand of Bora Bora by the sunset with light country music played and winds blowing towards my direction.. arhh... awesome~~ especially with your love one ♥♥♥

♥Bon Appetit Western Deli ♥

While talking about western food in penang, some of the western food restaurants in town area are pretty famous , at the same time, talking about Laksa, Air Itam Laksa would be the first choice. But thing never goes the same as it does always. Now, residents in Paya Terubong get to taste this delicious yet inexpensive western food at Bon Appetit Western Deli, Paya Terubong, (Air Itam Area) Penang. 

Bon Appetit Western Deli is a newly open stall  located in EQ Kopitiam, Pine Valley Business Centre, along Jalan Paya Terubong. Location wise, you couldn't miss it! 

Apart from traditional western food stalls which only offer western food, Bon appetite does provide set lunch as well. You can find their set lunch (RM 5) as below ( all set rice served with an egg, salad and a choice of sauce:mushroom, sweet & sour or black pepper.)

 These set lunch would greatly be another choice for the older generation who doesn't like western food that much. It is a perfect match of western food and rice. 

Grilled Fish Lemon Butter (RM 7.00) - The dolly fish is fresh and fragrant on every single bite.

Grilled Salmon Steak (RM14.00) -- This would be another favourite of mine as i am a salmon lover. This salmon was cooked just to my liking. =)

 

Grilled Pork Chop (RM 8.00) -- You can hardly find Grilled Pork Chop in most of the Western restaurant .

Pork Gordon Blue (RM 9.50) -- This was the first time that i ate Pork Gordon Blue, the pork was tender and juicy. Yummy~~

Grilled Sirloin Steak (RM14.00)-- Once again, you can hardly find the steak in this good portion of size in no where else except Bon Appetit Western Deli.

 

Grilled Lamb Chop (RM9.50) -- Highly recommeded by Chef Pierre, also the owner of this business.

Spaghetti Chicken Bolognese (RM 5.00)-- i felt sad as they do not offer white sauce spagetthi.=(

 

Poutine (RM4.50) -- It is a kind of food where fries topped with cheese and mayonnaise, served with herbs.

Overall, the western food tasted just to my liking in such a good price!! i will definately pay another visit to them!!

♥CSL 3s Care Center and Northen Hub opening ceremony @ Megamall Penang♥

I was invited to CSL opening ceromony and phone review last sunday. Thanks to Criz and Jacgyc who have given me the opporturnity to be invited to this opening ceremony.  =) It was an unforgetable experience.


First of all, let me simply introduce CSL, it is an Malaysia innovative and trend leader mobile phone service company, emphasis on a mission, that is to provide affordable hardware and tools to Malaysians to access internet, lauching their 3S care center and Nothern Hub Center in Megamall Penang after KL Low Yat Plaza.Well, what is 3S? 3S stand for after sales services, technical support and mobility solutions- service, support and solutions will be always prepared for CSL customers at northern area now! It also means that northern CSL users nowadays are able to get CSL services at Megamall Penang instead of KL, Low Yat Plaza.


The opening ceremony was graced by Dato' Dr Eric Chuah who is also the CSL group managing director, followed by Mr Edwin Gan , the country manager and 17 Master Key Distributors from all over Malaysia to attend the ceremony.


Besides that, CSL is also offering great promotion for certain phone model to reward Penangites on that day,   including CSL Smart Phone Mi 410, where buyers can purchase at RM499 instead of RM799. What a great saving!

♥Activities and F&B at Life 1 cafe♥


Next,  after the ceremony, we were invited to the Life 1 cafe food review at ground floor. Life one cafe is an open air cafe which located just beside the main door of Megamall. Location wise and you coudn't miss it!



First of all, they served up 3 type of juices which are orange juice, apple juice and dragon fruit juice. The dragon fruit juice tasted just fresh to me as it is hard to find in somewhere else. Next, they served up Fried Fish Fillet, Chicken Piccata marinated black pepper sauce, Chicken Nugget, Spagetthi Bologenese and Boxing chicken.

Overall, the food was okay but it does not live up to my expectation as it is very salty. You have to drink a lot after you have a bite on it =(

♥Sigi Bar & Grill @ Golden Sand Hotel ♥

Last Friday, was the day that I have been waiting for so long, my precious day-- my birthday! =) That day was full of surprises and happiness, Thanks to all of you for your best wishes! ^^

For my birthday celebration, I went to Sigi Bar & Grill at Golden Sand Hotel. The ambiance impressed me when I first reached. It was so romantic with the windy sea scenery or you may choose to sit inside with the cozy and relax environment. Besides, I was also told by the service manager that this restaurant have just relaunched after an extreme make over.  

Replacing the former Sigi's by the Sea dining restaurant, Sigi's Bar & Grill is equipped with an open BBQ Grill kitchen, this casual, cosy outlet boasts a selection of prime steaks, grilled and barbecued seafood,  pizza, sandwiches, pastas and  salads as well as a  local Asian dishes. In addition, the outdoor upper deck, is ideal for a gang of friends, looking for group gathering, or someone looking for private wedding celebrations and special events. You can also choose to have your dinner on the beach while enjoying maritime panorama or watch the chef preparing the meals too.

The whole restaurant is all done up in hues of blue which is very romantic. Further more, they also have a small bar on the beach ^^

There is also a small pool inside the indoor dining area where I suggested the service manager to use the pool as one of the way to deliver pizza. =)

The bread was served as appetizer.

We ordered a 12 inch pizza which can actually shared by 2 person. 

For the pasta, I ordered the white source pasta. It was a very often dish to come across, I thoroughly enjoyed the dish.

I was told by the service manager that they are providing BBQ buffet every sunday!

In the nutshell, the food and the ambiance of Sigi are nice, it is romantic and relaxing. I will definitely pay my second visit for them! Please find the pricing list below useful =)
